  I received a gift certificate and took it in parts throughout the year. Unfortunately, I misjudged the timing part of my certificate expired. I went in and explained the situation to the manager and she agreed to honour the rest of the certificate. However, when I went in to claim it there was a new manager and she openly refused to honor it. Although I explained it to her and there were workers there who were witnesses, this new manager refused blatantly.
