  Got to the spa exactly 10 minutes late (I actually told the staff on the way there that I’d be 5-10 minutes late due to a diversion to the bank, as they called me the prior afternoon to bring cash for my appointment- $700, plus I wanted to buy a gift certificate worth $500). On arrival I apologised for my tardiness again and was led through to the first of 3 treatments, no problem. After the first, I was led to do my pedicure but was pulled aside as I was about to sit in the chair to be told that it will be cancelled due to my 10 minute tardiness, as there was a pedicure booked after mine (mind you the water and jets were going and I was the only customer there at the time). So I paid the $40 for my first treatment and left with my $1160. Some advice to the Tobago branch: 1. If there is a policy for cancellation due to tardiness, this should be made known at booking, and not halfway through a spa visit. 2. If there was no time to do all 3 treatments, a simple conversation with the customer can do wonders. My other 2 treatments were optional and I booked here mainly for the pedicure.

  Had a pedicure done, my feet feels brand new. Comfortable settings, excellent staff

  Very very unprofessional place. Customer service is key in a place where people generally go to relax and get pampered and the demeanor of the receptionist staff at this place failed miserably at it.
