  Every year the service gets worst. They do not care about customers.

  The new system requiring you to take a number is sickeningly inefficient. Transactions that used to take you 15-25 minutes are now closer to 2 hours(!) People who have to take time off from work are losing valuable, productive hours because of this nonsense. Equally sickening is now you have to wait 10-15 minutes to actually speak to someone in the branch with the telephone system that they have in place now.

  This new system you guys have makes no sense because we does have to wait 2-3 hours to do a simple deposits and if u miss your number even by one the workers does a have a problem. You guys have to understand that people have jobs and other things to do we can't just sit down in the bank for 2 and 3 hours waiting for you to call our number and sometimes more. I come to this bank almost every day to do deposit for my boss and everyday I have to wait 2 - 3 hours very rear I does get through before. Something needs to be done
