::The new system requiring you to take a number is sickeningly inefficient. Transactions that used to take you 15-25 minutes are now closer to 2 hours(!) People who have to take time off from work are losing valuable, productive hours because of this nonsense. Equally sickening is now you have to wait 10-15 minutes to actually speak to someone in the branch with the telephone system that they have in place now.

::This new system you guys have makes no sense because we does have to wait 2-3 hours to do a simple deposits and if u miss your number even by one the workers does a have a problem. You guys have to understand that people have jobs and other things to do we can't just sit down in the bank for 2 and 3 hours waiting for you to call our number and sometimes more. I come to this bank almost every day to do deposit for my boss and everyday I have to wait 2 - 3 hours very rear I does get through before. Something needs to be done
