  Driven by profits, and not by customer care. Well, actually, they care that you put your money in their bank, nothing else matters. Three hrs lined up to see a teller (which was needed for my transaction) doesn't cut it in the 21st century.

  Only bank I know that can never have more than 3 tellers but always training new employees. Need to have seats instead of a waiting line.

  This new website needs much to be desired. I cannot locate my credit card statement balance. All I see here is my current balance How can I retrieve my statement for the funds owing which is due today Sept. 12, 2016.

  Why must I pay release fees for my deed, when I was not informed of this by any representative of Scotiabank? No one informed me that there would be a fee to release my deed, yet they just took the fee off my account. This is disturbing to know that hidden fees are not explained to customers. After so many years, I am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere to conduct my banking business. The star don't count, its just to get this e-mail to be sent. Very Disappointed.
