  To reach RBL on the phone is impossible. The very WORST customer service.

  Service level dropped from almost 100$ to -5%. Each month, transactions of $60 and 30.00 are missing from my credit card. There's no reflection of these transactions on my statements either.

  Waste of time and money calling this centre, they don't answer.

  Keep blocking my card without my permission. Told that the block was removed and still I can not get through to do my transaction..it's very upsetting because i have a deadline to make payments

  Don't have an emergency.....they are never available. Phone rings or busy, but they are prompt to take out fees. Wish that same speed and efficiency worked on the phones and customer service.
