  I'll start off by saying the Security guards are really nice👏and helpful but the Bank Accountants/Managers etc. ewww👎 horrible attitude. They act too pompous for NO reason nobody cares that you work in the bank or about your position...they do the most honestly

  It's unfortunate that when trying to get persons via direct extensions most times they are unavailable. Also, they keep doing crazy things to persons account. Totally unacceptable.

  Always a blast when u get out of the hot sun curb and get to wait inside. Not happy maraval and st vincent street branches closed without prior notice or push message sms.

  Very good service. Although the wait time is sometimes long, the tellers take their time and I feel appreciated by the bank.
