  My first time being there today, and the customer service was wonderful. I am Hoh, so when I told the teller (without me suggesting), she began writing out the instructions so that I can understand better. She even asked me to sign a couple phrases (hehe). When I was finished with her, she sent me to another lady, whom she also advised about my impairment. That lady also wrote down instructions for me. I'm upset I didn't take their names, but lovely experience! God bless them 🙏🏽

  No good customer services and custom care poor management everybody making they own rules and policies and have no integrity and moral valves for the policies and principles in they Collective Agreement. Some of them have no respect for the member's of the republic bank. Customer care customer services theu having misconceptions in the policies of the bank.
