  Scotia bank needs to know putting chairs, doesn't mean a better service. The bank is not effective and efficient in dealing with customers

  This was the worst experience I have ever experience as an individual and as a CEO of a foreign Business. This women at the information.desk was extremely disrespectful, She thought it was absolutely funny and was laughing at me. When the ATM was not working and no one could tell me why. How could you have two of the ATM of three not working. Laughing at a foreigner who.has no idea of the operation of your business. SMH....

  I checked the website yesterday it stated they closing at 2 pm got there 1:30 lm (having to asked for time of from Work) and they were already closed. I have been trying since last friday, I reached 2 minutes after 5 on Friday after beating the terrible traffic only to see the sign saying g they were closed. And the sad thing is I received a message from them to collect my card. So I know its there. It should not have taken long. Idk empathize with them but at the end of the day they need to apply some customer service. They should update their website. People need to get their business done and they make plans according to information received.

  Absolutely terrible service today in the Independence square branch. I went in and used the new ticket system for the first time. I went to the ticket machine and answered the questions one of which was 'Is this a cash transaction' Since I was depositing a cheque I selected no. Because I had no cash. Just a cheque. I got my number and waited. I was called in a short amount of time and as I got to the counter the rude individual responded to me that he could not do that here. It was a cash transaction. He kept saying go let that person help you get another ticket. I asked him who. He kept gesturing to an empty counter saying there let them help you. But no one was there! I kept asking who and he just kept acting like I did something wrong here and saying find someone to help you. I answered the questions accurately  and got a ticket. I have never used this system before. I knew nothing about it Another employee came over to talk to the rude unhelpful teller and started walking back to the ticket machine and i had to take that to mean she was going to get me a ticket. There was no - let me help you. Sorry about the confusion. Sorry you didnt understand. Nothing at all. Oh no. It was .... that's a cash transaction! But I have no cash. Well our system says a cheque is cash. How exactly was I supposed to know that? I consider a cash transaction to be a transaction that has cash in it. Not only was the the wait ridiculous and the system flawed but your employees decided I was to blame for this situation. I understand the seasonnand current financial issues facing the country means it is a busy time for banks but this was unacceptable and inexcusable behaviour.
