  I tried calling every number and every extension to their telephone line/s for three days on multiple/multiple.. occassions each time getting the same responses "The person you are trying to reach is not available or This mailbox is full or This extension is not accepting calls or my favorite is when it just says You are Now Exiting our System Please Call AgainThank You" then you're suddenly disconnected... I live in Miami and it Is very, very frustrating and fearful when you can't do something as basic and simple as contact your loved one come crunch time and have to depend on family, friends and visitors for an updated report, when all you want to do is hear their voice and tell them I'm thinking about you, feel better i love you sleep well at 10PM. when everyone else has gone home and their all alone.. However ..my little old elderly sick mother who says "cell phone..too many buttons, it confuses me" has trusted this facility to be admitted 7 times the past 3yrs. For that they.must be doing something right and they get an extra ☆. As a nurse working for the US Federal Govt i understand how busy the medical work enviroment can be But i just wish they would answer their ringing phones every once in a while or spend some of that money and update their phone system to automatically connect to an individual room extension.. e.g. diamond room dial ext 1232 or ruby room enter ext 1234... of course phone within the patient's reach. Thanks for reading my vent.

  Possibly the best private medical facility in Trinidad and Tobago. Well staffed with onsite radiology and lab facilities.

  Have no complaints with the Emergency department. Had to use them a few times including when I gave birth to my son in the car!!!

  Respectful service received for relatives' medical situations and infant delivery. Rooms were sanitary and quiet.
