::TTPOST has the absolute worst service, I can’t tell you all how disappointed and unsatisfied I am. I bought something from a store and the package was dropped in 12 days ago , and TTPOST claims they deliver in 3-5 working days , this is madness because I paid for delivery, where the hell is my package and too top it off their numbers never work or pick up at all . This is the most ridiculous service I ever experienced and I’m still waiting for my package . I even emailed them and no response and for a big company like that it’s terrible service they give off and the attitude of the employees even worst .

::What a joke. Is this an actual postal corporation or a bunch of clowns? Customer service does not pick up, and the operator's MAILBOX IS FULL! Are you kidding me? I knew not to expect much from a backwards third-world s-hole, but this is on a whole new level.

::Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR! No one ever answers the phone and if they do they hang up on you. Especially the NATIONAL MAIL CENTRE as though no one works there. Horrible utterly horrible.

::Customer Service is VERY POOR!!! Been calling the toll free and charged number since Tuesday 6th July and no answer. Finally got a hold of the operator today July 8th!!! She transferred me to the courier, NOT A SOUL ANSWERED! The call bounced back to her, she took my information and advised someone would call.... That was since this morning, it's now 2:25pm and not a phone call, nor has my package been delivered!! Tried calling the toll free and charged number and again NOT A SOUL IS ANSWERING

::The personnels at ttpost are very rude and arrogant. I contacted them to have a package tracked however they are insisting that they never received my package. When I contact the sender they are telling me that my package was indeed sent out to ttpost smh I've been waiting over a week now with no clue where my package is.
