  I had an emergency with my dog and had no means of transport, i arranged for them to pick up my dog, i was at wrk at the time and thats part of their service. They never reached for him that afternoon, noone called to say anything mind u my dogs condition is worsening. I proceed to call, this is around 6:30pm, they close at 7. I was eventually told that the driver had so much to do that afternoon and cud not make it, worfs cant express the lvl of disgust and anger i felt at that point. At this point my dog cannot even walk and is breathing very faint. Long story short i was so frustrated i started to cry while on tge phone with them, it is at this point someone came and took my dog. I never received an apology for wjat happened that afternoon. My dog is fairly ok and is recovering, i think this is my last dealings with this clinic.

  Let's start with the extremely rude and obnoxious staff who acted as if i was a sadist and suffered my dog; secondly, in my time of emergency (tick fever) they basically said that nothing can be done for my pitbull and I need to figure out something....ummmmm....I'm not a f#@king veterinarian, that's your goddamn job, hence the reason why I came to you a#@holes. Anyway I shall never return for any reason or purpose, no f@#king thank you.
