Since inception, The Cocoa Research Centre continues to support public policy and decisions with respect to cocoa industries in the region. They also strive to continue to maintain a diverse, representative and well-curated field collection of Cocoa genetic resources. The Cocoa Research Centre also sells their very own 50g premium dark chocolate bar (70% cocoa) at $60 TT for 50g and $30 for 25g. ::A good University but the environment can be tough finding your way around as a foreign student in both your studies and living your every day life. Once you get used to the place, people and the culture you should be able to.enjoy your stay, especially your "lime" at the Infinity with a few carib, puncheon, stout or stag etc in your hand between the books or soft drinks, if you do not consume alcohol but again a beer is always a carib. (Hope this place still exits). Then during the weekends take a trip to Maracas bay and cool off. Taste some shark and bake and/or curried crab and dumpling. Dont forget to jump up for carnival (carnaval). This will loosen you up and make you progress well in your studies scoring all A's in your subjects. That will be funtastic! *Increase in crime rate in T&T these days makes it unfavourable to lime like in the 90's and previous years, so lookout!
