::Very poor customer service and very unreliable. Was told to send pics by receptionist for the doctor to review over whatsapp. The messages were delivered and seen. Over a week now, and despite my reminders, no call back and not even an acknowlegement from the receptionist or the dr. Not good at all!!! I was told later they tried to call back but kept going to voicemail which is a lie, as communication was via whatsapp. Moreso no calls came through as I checked daily. Lack of integrity to add to the list.😐

::My braces came off and still had an overbite space. She made wire retainers but opted to give me flimsy plastic Invisalign retainers which cracked after a few months. Needless to say I need braces again.
