::I booked in 2019 a double room for the periode april 2020 for 2 persons. The Covid-19 spoilt the plans so i had to canceld it. They told me to wait one year for refund. So i wait. Today 31 august 2021 i still DON'T get my money back. They don't responce on my email. They block my emailadres. I tried to call but when they here my name they hang UP the phone. I paid 790USD . Can somebody please help me

::Nice place for small businesses but when I arrived there was no one to direct me on where to go and no one to take my temp or sanitize. When I walked in proper and found someone then I was asked about it
