  Good service, beautiful looking rooms but the furnitures in the room itself were beaten and worn down (hopefully it was just my room and not in all rooms). Food was great (room service was excellent). It was a nice stay but nothing too exotic just blah, the atmosphere just wasn't exciting enough.

  Needs maintenance. Carpets need to change. Large rooms with good view. Excellent location

  Location is excellent for carnival, walking distance to the Savanna park and the zoo. The carpet needs to be changed on many floors, so if you have troubles with moldy smells don't stay here. Could use a bit of guidance for continental breakfast choices. Pool area needs a bit of work. Staff is great, they are the only reason I had a good experience. The hotel itself needs an overhaul.
