  Have to wait a week or more for your items & have to call them non stop to find out how far they have reached in terms of your delivery, doesn't even care to call you & let you know any updates, worst thing I have ever seen. COURTS all the way!!!!!!!!! This is with the branch in port of spain tho

  I bought a fridge on the 11th Dec 2017.Received it on 12th Dec 2017.on the 13 th Dec 2017 plugged it in AFTER WAITING 24hrs no sound of the motor coming on, the lights in the freezer and fridge section came on though. Called and asked for them to take back their junk.I was told that the tec. must come first.Today is the 18 th Dec.2017 3.30 pm.and the tec. guy is not here yet.WHAT KIND OF SERvICE IS THIS!! I do have a job which I did not go to waiting on this tec guy. SORRY I COULD NOT GIVE 0 STAR.POOR SERVICE. SUB-STANDARD GOODS.

  Worse customer service ever, I purchased a washing machine and a dresser, cash, 3 weeks ago, I got the washing machine the day after but is yet to receive my dresser, no one call with an update up until yesterday, the delivery guys called as they way ready to drop off the dresser but unfortunately I was at work and no one to receive it. I kindly asked to reschedule for today and is yet to receive a call. Tried calling into the store and no one is answering!! 😠😨😧
