  Excellent event facility, centrally located with very easy access to transportation. The facility has an auditorium that can seat 420 theatre style or 270 dinner style. There is a stage with separate male and female dressing rooms. The concession areas are fitted with stainless steel tables, sinks, hot water. Adequate washroom facilities with assigned staff on hand during events are provided. The building is fitted with an upper mezzanine floor with a 50 person capacity, and a control room for the sound operator or disc jockey. There is suitable paved parking on the compound and fire detection, protection and emergency equipment are installed.
