  This post is in relation to the service department in Port of Spain. Very pleasant and patient front office staff and a nice clean relaxed waiting area where the complimentary coffee is always fresh and hot. I love that a computer is provided for customers' use. My beef with this company is regarding the service they have been providing for my SUV which is still under the manufacturers warranty. Whilst they are able to carry out the normal service/tuneup, any other issue requiring repairs or the outlay of parts ends up being protracted to the extent that I now have several issues involving: my tailgate which has been slamming for more than a year and which they have tried to repair twice; a knocking on my steering which they have tried to repair but to no avail; and a creaking noise on my left front end which they claim not to hear. Hmmm... Oh and if your problem is regarding the air conditioning of your vehicle forget about them completely.
