  The coffee here is excellent and the staff is very friendly and efficient. The lounge are is very inviting and there is a strong and free wifi signal on the premises.

  The staff can be somewhat friendly, but are often ignorant of the merchandise. Too frequently do they lack food, supplies and drinks. Sometimes they lack covers for the drinks, drink powders, bakery items etc. Many times the machines are not working. The two stars are really for the area. It's a nice place to sit down and have a coffee and read a book - or even browse the web on a device via their free Wi-Fi internet. There are much better Rituals out there.
