  If I could give this waste of time place zero stars I would. Atrocious mobile customer service to begin with. Always waiting in line at the new Trincity Branch and their system is never working. Employees are horrendous to deal with and extremely clueless and take an eternity to get simple tasks done. Worst bank in Trinidad, especially the Trincity branch.

  Oh my goodness I just spent 2 hours at the bank 😲😲😲 during this time I had alot of time to notice and hear other customers disappointments. Previously there was a section for pensioners where they could sit until their time to be served. This service is no longer provided. Everyone has to stand in line. Some people (who can't stand for long or whatever reason) sit until their turn in the line is next. But there are not even much seating accommodation its not as if there isn't much space in the building. I saw five men just standing at the side waiting for their transactions to be sorted out. There should be chairs in those areas. As there were so many people in the bank, it was difficult to know which line was for the ATM machines and which line was for the tellers. Come on RBC you can do better that this!!

  This is one of the best branches as you don't have to wait long in lines. They have more tellers than the other branches of RBC. Staff always helpful and friendly.
