  They are not located here anymore and the lines use to be terribly long and slow when they were there now located across from the mall in the new building service seems better and they're more accessible good move rbc no more atm at the mall also work on that....

  The staff do their best to assist and are very courteous but the bank itself needs to sort it's processes out. In less than 2 months over $200 has vanished from my account while my debit card wasn't working. Said debit card was replaced 5 times and now it finally works but all my money is gone. Now I want to close the account and I'm sent to the ridiculously long line. This is the most idiotic process I have ever seen for closing an account in a bank; the good banks offer separate CSRs for account services. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
