::Comfortable seating area for take take away services. There is a bit of a wait ,however that is understood for making a pizza. About 20-25 minutes max wait time.Freindly staff. Overall great experience!

::Nice, family friendly except when two children parties overflow into the dining area and then you can't hear yourself think. Quaint outdoor seating area also. Thumbs up to the hard working staff.

::Short wait time to be seated. Good food and great service. Parking is very limited but there are alternative parking available along the street/ side streets and next door. The food quality is the same standard as all the other franchise locations. The noise level is less than most other locations. The seating arrangements supports big groups of 10+.

::The food is great, particularly the pizza. It's well cooked, seasoned and cheesy. It's a great place to relax and it's very family friendly. HOWEVER, the service and wait time is horrible. I waited for a very long time without any attendance just to place my order. It got to a point where my boyfriend and I almost walked out of the establishment. Moreover, the time it took to actually get the food was excrutiatingly long. This aspects needs to improve immensely.
