  Excellent programs and training staff. My experience at movement mechanics has been totally positive.... my strength has increased significantly, my agility has improved ,my overall stability and health. Excellent program for all ages.

  I have visited Movement Mechanics from the UK twice in the last year and have been extremely impressed with the knowledge of all the coaches, standard of equipment available and the movement mechanics ethos.
