  The efficiency of this bank is poor. If you are trying to open an account with the bank I recommend that you try another bank at it may take 3 to 4 weeks to get a response from the bank even though Client Care says they will get back unto you at the end of the day or by the following day. If you are trying to call Client Care be prepared to be on hold for over 15mins as no representatives are ever available. The bank doesn't allow you make appointments in person so you will have to wait on them to call you to book an appointment after waiting on the line outside to get into the bank for almost 1 hour and then still having to wait on the single client care representative at the information desk for 15 mins for her to complete work from a previous customer at the Chaguanas Branch. All in all JMMB bank isn't recommended try another bank.

  This bank does not represent the independence of black ppl. They are just like the rest. Great is DSS!!!!

  Conveniently located in Chaguanas jmmb has lots of parking front and back can't miss the big red building, close to the mall, inside is clean I like the red, staff is very friendly and helpful they know there stuff and often offer lots of banking advice, there is a fast machine outside the building.
