  Would definitely recommend joining the classes. Plyometrics and Aerobics are fun classes! A yoga class is also available. Facilities and machines need some upgrades, but I usually have fun at this gym. Workout with your family or friends. Convenient location and parking facilities. Clean washrooms and change areas.

  Very cool place, well organized gym with generally friendly staff. Needs a couple things like window fixes, maybe a small bathroom repair here and there but nothing serious. Great place.

  Facilities here are great. Ample weight machines, cardio equipment and also a sauna. Multiple classes are offered each week to suit your busy schedule plus the staff is friendly and trainers are ready to help. Best part is this place is always open 24/7. Membership rates vary for weekly, fortnightly, monthly and even yearly members. Highly recommended!
