  FCB must be the most incompetent bank in the world. I’m being told for 4 days now that funds they are processing a payment from an FCB account to RBTT account. What utter nonsense!

  They move fairly quickly and the place is air conditioned but it is not as spacious as the San Fernando branch and there are a limited amount of ATM machines. They do take security very strictly however.
