  Paid for two twin beds with mattresses on Tuesday and was promised it on Thursday. Bed frame arrived on Wednesday minus mattresses. Apparently, Roxanne imput in the computer that the mattresses would be shipped from her store to my house unlike the frames that came from the warehouse. Called her up Wednesday and she promised to have it shipped from the warehouse. Called main office on Thursday morning and they said it was coming from the warehouse house. Rang them at noon time and they had no delivery time scheduled. Anastasia told me to call back in an hour as they would call the delivery Dept or the warehouse to find out status. I called back at two pm and they had no record of my items carded for delivery from warehouse. Said that it was supposed to come from Arima store. She transferred me to manager at Arima store who promised they would have it delivered to me come hell or high water today, Thursday. I'm still waiting at 5:39pm. People! What do you think my chances of getting it is?!. What ineptitude!!!!! Trying to purchase it was a hassel to begin with at the Arima store. I guess my $2200 purchase was to small for them to be bothered with. I was rerouted from one sales rep to the cashier then to Roxanne who bungled the delivery of my items. I'm supposed to leave the country tomorrow which is a holiday so I don't know when I'll get it. Maybe I'll just return it when I get back. It's easier to import goods from Amazon and get better quality. Think I'll do that from now on. Believe it or not the delivered it Thursday night around 9pm. They came thru so I give them an extra star.
