  It's a year since my ipod has been blacked out, I have written to Apple; I have taken it to technicians locally and abroad - all said that I essentially needed to purchase a new device; UNTIL I took it to Azeem from Computer Synectics. He simply had a critical thought and cleaned out charging receptacle, it work instantly. Azeem I owe you a beer!
