::Carlton Centre has long changed from being the first mall to be built in Trinidad in 1964, to a modern facility. Spacious and paid parking making it easy to access. Carlton Centre, developed in 1964, is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of San Fernando. A very good optical store is here as well. It has access to both High Street and St. James Street and it boasts of a large array of retail and commercial tenants. The largest privately owned multi-story car-park in the city. This property has easy access to public transport and is perfect for entrepreneurs looking for a location with heavy foot traffic.
