::Incredibly disappointed! There's a list of things, firstly the room started actually pouring with water from the ceiling while I was watching tv, next I was put in another room only for their tv to not be working, when I asked if their was at least anyone to fix the situation, no one did, after paying full price for the room. I wish management would also try hiring a better staff team , some staff members are also very unpleasant. I'm not one to cause problems,so I had to take what I got.

::The bathrooms are unsanitary (one of the ventilation was a hole in the wall leading to another bathroom where you can get a good whiff of someone smoking) the pool was dirty (mango leaves, hair, and someone spat in it[ok the hair and spit wasn't their fault, that was the customer's fault]) and there are ants on the chair. Other than that the staff was friendly, the rooms (not the bathroom) are decent and the lobby is amazing. It is peaceful with a lot if privacy and it's not far from the restaurants not to mention that they sell food as well (Yes the kitchen is sanitary, you can see when you walk through the lobby).

::Very disappointed. Pool was dirty. The guest were unruly & used obscene language @3am by poolside. Spent 1night & never another.

::My experience with this place was a great one... Peace and quiet nice bedroom, great food, nice pool, clean and nice... They'll surely see me again... Truly a home away from home 😊🥰😍😌
