  This is a nice little inn, with a friendly proprietor. Despite the address, Factory Road, it's in a relatively quiet residential neighbourhood. It has a gorgeous new salt water pool in the back, surrounded with quality stone work. There's a comfortable verandah in the front, and a breakfast and living room in between. There's always a little fruit out for a snack. The rooms are comfortable with quiet, efficient air conditioning and renovated bathrooms. You can walk to get street food down the street, or around the corner to a plaza with a selection of small restaurants and a bakery. It's a good place from which to drive to visit top birding spots like Asa Wright, Caroni Swamp and Yerette.

  My wife stayed there for 1 night and the place is ok but the service from the lady (owner) is very poor, she did not even help with my wife's suitcases and also the next day the owner took my wife to the airport very early but the lady was doing a bad face. the only good thing about this place is that its 3 min. away from the airport. not the best place to stay at if you are looking for a good service.

  We stayed there 3 months ago, ms Singh picked us up at the airport. We felt very comfortable there. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend her place for any short stay.

  Gente muy amable y puntual..
