  I called ttpost Belmont to enquire about a mail that was dispatched since last week. Spoke to two ladies who identified themselves as the manager and supervisor. Both of them have zero customer training, was so rude and disrespectful to members of the public and was shouting at callers at the top of their lungs.Their attitude stinks and they had no information on the issue at hand. Both of them refused to check the mail book that was right in front of them to provide some feedback and then said it is not their job so to call back in the morning because they closing early due to covid. Mind you ,it was way before lunch. PS, the post lady in Belmont always putting the wrong mail in the mail box. Head office need to investigate ttpost Belmont staff asap.

  I just googled the Gonzales post office looking for a number and apparently Belmont number came up.. I called and the lady answered and said " Belmont post office" I replied nicely "oh sorry I wanted to get on to Gonzales post office but this is the number came up on Google. Do you have the number for Gonzales?" This stinking woman with no home training start to tell me how busy she is and I'm bothering her for a number and for me to call the directory... These ppl are the WORST.... Disgusting
