  Sales person was great, however still waiting for my purchase 8 days later. Delivery service is horrible.

  Doesn’t even deserve one star... I purchased a 5cft deep freeze on the 17th October. They called me after 11am on Saturday 21st to deliver it, I stayed home waiting all day and didn’t receive it until mins to 8 the night.... The driver brought the deep freeze to my house, I unboxed it, but the plastic was still on, before he could even check it the other guy in the van called out to him and said ‘ Wam boy what you doing they so long” The driver left with out checking it.. I acknowledge that I was wrong for having signed the bill before hand, but there’s a first time for everything. I usually collect any items I buy so it’s checked in the store before leaving.... Soon after I realized that there was a dent at the bottom of the freezer and a scratch, so I called on Monday 23rd October and they wanted to give me a small cash bk but I said no I want it replaced. They said ok they have to send the paper wrk and wait for it to be approved. They called on Friday 27th or Saturday 28th and said it was approved.... Today is the 16th of November and I still haven’t gotten my deep freeze, I have one sitting at home waiting to be replaced... Big inconvenience!!.... Evertime I go in they say , you should receive it by the next day... I will never be purchasing anything from Standards again.
