::Why must I pay release fees for my deed, when I was not informed of this by any representative of Scotiabank? No one informed me that there would be a fee to release my deed, yet they just took the fee off my account. This is disturbing to know that hidden fees are not explained to customers. After so many years, I am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere to conduct my banking business. The star don't count, its just to get this e-mail to be sent. Very Disappointed.
