  Waited an hour for service then when number came up another client was at the designated counter ... waited a further 15 minutes after bringing it to the attention of the attendant at the front and asked for supervisor. Another teller took my transaction who was cordial and apologetic but the supervisor disregarded by request to discuss the mix up. Would have been a simple gesture that would have helped ease the negative impact.

  This branch has implemented a new system for walk in customers where a client rep greets you at the door, asks the purpose of your visit and then issues you a number and directs you to a seating area for clients with WiFi available for your entertainment while you wait. When your turn comes around a loud speaker notifies which number should go to which teller. Very simple yet extremely effective. This should be implemented at all branches.Good job Scotiabank.

  Unable to get credit card statement for September 2019, called call center several times, problem not resolved. Only apologies.

  The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Be very careful when stopping to use the ATM. If you're going into the bank try to park on Todd Street
