  From what they explained, this is like a starter sushi experience. It has been "watered down" so as to not turn people off. Quite frankly, sushi is sushi, nothing should be compromised. There's no sake, no real wasabi and the staff is a little uninformed - they keep running to the back to check. All in all, the rolls are great, nice size and tasty.
