::Miss Staff Lady had much more important issues to deal with on her mobile phone including arguing with whoever was on the other end instead of paying attention to her customers. And then I made the mistake of ordering something that's "no longer on the menu" which I read off the board behind her and got her sharpest tone with it! Everyone has hard days- maybe you could take the call in the back somewhere or just be polite with the customers.
