::The place is clean and the staff is unexpectedly very professional and respectful. It took me by surprise! The ambience felt foreign and had me remembering my time living outside of Trinidad. I love when a place makes me feel that way! Shows excellent progression! The prices are affordable, so it's fairly easy to ball on a budget here for the Great quality! The establishment looks like they treat their employees properly and I saw them training up a new hire with total patience. 10/10 coming back!!

::There was a problem with my order, whereby the paper wrapping from the cheese was mistakenly left on the cheese in my sandwich, I returned it and was given another. The Supervisor was very accommodating about the situation. This was my first ever problem with Rituals in all the years I've been a customer.
