::The staff do their best to assist and are very courteous but the bank itself needs to sort it's processes out. In less than 2 months over $200 has vanished from my account while my debit card wasn't working. Said debit card was replaced 5 times and now it finally works but all my money is gone. Now I want to close the account and I'm sent to the ridiculously long line. This is the most idiotic process I have ever seen for closing an account in a bank; the good banks offer separate CSRs for account services. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
