::Today I waited for two hours in line to see a teller. The worst thing was there was a 93 year old man behind me who also had to wait two hours as there were only four tellers and no special line for pensioners, senior people or disabled people. Not even one employee at the bank acknowledged this and gave him preference. This was so disheartening as only a few days ago the MD from RBC was on CNC3 saying there was actually a special line for these said individuals. How sad we are in this country and there is no different treatment for seniors.
