  Travelers and visitors - BEWARE!!!! We were swindled by this spa! They charged USD $120 more than what they should have charged us. Service was okay, waited for an hour for all of us (4) to get called in even when we were told that the services will be offered simultaneously when I booked. I am most disappointed by their non-response to our several emails and calls. Chelsea at the front desk promised to get back to us. Still no response since January 2018. Travelers and visitors - beware!!! Make sure you see how much they are charging you and insist on a receipt right away that itemizes your services. We were promised one will be emailed to us and we NEVER got one. I only have my charge card statement to show how much they charged me and that was $120 more than what they should have.

  Friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Wide range of spa services available. Prices not bad.

  Great spa in the middle of the city. Lots of services available. There was a water issue one time I went but we got coupons for the inconvenience which was fine with me

  Exhilarating, Refreshing and Awesome. Very pleasant staff and great facilities.
