  incorrectly stated they had experience dealing with stainless steel doors. used the wrong bit; scratched the door; and ended up wedging a screw into the door that cannot back out. technician after admitted they never did that kind of work before and he used the wrong bit. in addition; gave a lot of running around to rectify problem and still have not convinced me they know how to address the issue. this is below a 1-star rating.
