It's the best and first class all the way. In St Augustine the food is superb. Hot lunches available every day

Always have a pleasant experience at Massy. I just realized the St Augustine store serves fresh breakfast. Wow!!

I just love buying at Massy Stores, but I must make a BIG complaint! How is this possible that everytime they decide to have a "tent sale" they take the car park spots for handicapped people and do not organize anything else for that matter???? Unacceptable! And the supervisors did not even apologize or looked at your face when at least 2 of us made the complaint. We were totally ignored! Those parking spots are there as a joke?? We must take this without complaint because this is how Trinidad and Tobago operates?? (Don't worry, be happy??) I myself use an artificial leg and had to walk a great distance to get in and inside I saw a man on a wheel chair also complaining about the same thing. NOBODY even listen. Shame on you St. Augustine Massy Stores in Trinidad

Their products and services are excellent but there are two things I am not happy about 1) Your vehicle can be clamped for staying in their car park for too long (2hrs +) even if you are actually in their store and it makes me worry about what elderly persons may have to go through it they can't make it in time. 2) Customers have to pay $.50 per bag. Last time I checked these said bags were biodegradable and didn't affect the environment in anyway but I guess they think they know best.
