  Went into this store and purchased a tool under the advice of a sales representative assuring me that it would work - it did not. I was able to return the tool exactly 8 days later after visiting the next day and being told that I needed the bill and it would not be stored on their system - I was charged a restocking fee plus an illegal credit card fee instead of being issued a full refund with an apology. I think that it quite unfair for a customer to pay to try an item when they were advised that it would work. Poor Policy.
