  KFC in Valpark M all, has lower standard than expected! 1. There was no "lettuce" for the burger but the price remain the same, no substitute. I said ok as i thought there were other vegetables in burger (Im vege and had not been in a KFC place in years bc of the very loooong wait everytime you go regardless of location) that i was buying for someone. When the burger was opened, i was in shock to see a small bread slab with a piece of chicken..thats it!!!!! thats how a burger in KFC is served. Today, in a health conscious society where we are encourage to eat a balanced meal with our veges and these ppl dont give a damm. I anticipated lettuce, tomato, cabbage , onion etc in a burger (small bread?) 2. The server use the MEAT utensil to take up the Biscuit and Fries I ordered separately for me (a vegetarian). This was the other reason i stop going to KFC, nothing has changed! 3. The place was HOTTT, yet no attempts to open the door to allow ventilation, or place a fan to cool the place. 4. A long line as usual, 1 person cashing AND serving
