  Horrible experience. I placed an online order at 5:33pm that was suppose to be picked up at 5:48pm. I called once at 5:50pm to confirm that order was ready. I waited on hold for 10 mins to be told no its not and that they will call when it's ready due to me picking it up. The time now is 7:42pm and they still haven't called and the inside pick up has already closed off and only drive through is open for 18 more minutes. When Rowley closed them down they were begging to get back to work......i guess some people need a reminder of how grateful they should be in these hard times when it comes to employment.

  The staff were polite. Not usually the case unfortunately.

  Well seasoned chicken... Cooked better than all of the kfcs I have tried and I have tried most of them.
