::Sorry I did not read the reviews before I went here. Staff Not professional. Went for a lab test. They did it wrong (how is that even possible). Asked for my results to be emailed ( like they forget me). When I went to collect after I called the receptionist reading my result and now putting in an envelope (stupesssss) I'd prefer my result confidential in a sealed envelope. Additionally, I have many blood tests to do, but would definitely not be going back here.

::My husband did an ultrasound for kidney stone at another institution and it showed he had one. We were told to repeat the ultrasound in 2 weeks, so we decided to try Freeport medical where we met Dr. Dass. He did 2 ultrasound to check for other problems as well as a urine test for the stone. We we t back 2 days later for the report (which you have to pay to get read), where he told my husband he had no kidney stone... although he was still in pain. He insisted though, thwty husband has bronchitis and charged us another hefty sum to begin treatment for this. The very next evening my husband was rushed to the hospital with severe pain where ultrasound showed he had a kidney stone. This was confirmed by a CT scan. He was also told by the hospital that he DOESN'T have bronchitis. We returned to Dr. Dass to demand our money back but Dr. Dass said there was no stone there at the time and it is probably another stone that showed up in the hospital ultrasound. He also said that he still believe my husband has bronchitis and he can still treat him for it. We did not get back the money which almost totalled $3000 for the 2 days because Dr. Dass claims his diagnosis was accurate. He has misdiagnosed my husband and should not be practicing as a doctor. I hope my experience and this review will reach everyone out there and you all do not make the mistake of putting yourself in the hands of that doctor at Freeport medical.

::A great and friendly place for medical care. Top class doctors, caring staff, wide range of tests and treatments available and efficient operation. More specialists, procedures and longer opening hours would make it even better.
