  Lines are always long. Even before Covid restrictions. Now with the restrictions you have to wait outside the bank in the hot sun and rain for approximately 1hr. Then your wait inside is approximately another hour for teller services. Staff is friendly and helpful.... they just need to add more tellers to cut customer wait time.

  Well I am in agreement with the rest of folks, come on why should peoplease stand up in that scorching sun??? And yeh with a mask on!!!! Put a Isle tent or make a bigger canopy or something! !! I want all employees and security of fcb go out and stand in the sun for 10-15 mins. Very disappointed also. 👎.

  This bank is not doing a good job to facilitate its clients. I am swearing bucket ah drop because you all can not get some tents to create a cool area? I believe Royal Bank has tents, how bout you take a page out of their book. Show your clients you care. If I could give you zero I would.

  I am extremely disappointed with this bank during this Covid pandemic. Visited the Gulf View branch and had to wait my turn outside in the blistering sun. First Citizens please put up a tent of some sort for your customers. Have a heart.
