  The experience here was something that needs to be said. Good service at the front desk. I was placed in a room was not comfortable due to a piller in the center of the room asked to move to another room and was given options. Thank for that. The kitchen staff at breakfast and lunch was horrible. Both breakfast and lunch time I got hair in my food and when i complained about it they seemed unconcerned. Very unprofessional. Plus the breakfast is buffet which is included in the price of the room but they tell you how much you can have. Like really that was bad because my colleague is vegetarian and they limited the person when they only had 1 vegetarian dish available. Thank God the gentleman ate fruits. Evening kitchen staff is changed and very friendly professional and helpful. But I will not recommend this place especially for meals.

  The other times visited I had a more pleasurable experience...this time the only room available was a room on the bottom floor the ac unit barely worked..there was no mini fridge remote for the tv barely worked other than that the stay was decent

  The staff there is so friendly and helpful the rooms are beautiful n the pool is really nice

  The experience was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating an welcoming. The price was very reasonable and they had many different room others. The pool might of been the only down side as it was very small for the number of guests staying.
